This two minute juice will have you bursting with energy. This is a great juice to start kids with as it tastes fab while you get lots of iron and vitamins into them (with no complaining). 

So here's what you need: 

100gms of Spinach

250gms of Apples (we like the Gala variety) 

100gms of Yellow Pepper 

A teaspoon of Ceylon Cinnamon 

A scoop of One Nutrition Power Greens Powder

Get a good juicer, blend the spinach, apples and pepper together. Take away the glass and add the cinnamon and the One Nutrition Power Greens Powder. 

As well as giving you an energy boost this juice will help to balance your blood sugars.
